General Return / Refund Policy

Product can be return within 15 days of return/refund period (after ordered arrived).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene purposes, items in categories such as toiletries, undergarment, lingeries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refund will be issue via store credit with 1 year validity.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll drop you an email / whatsapp on the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

You are welcome to contact us if exchange is required. Do make necessary arrangement with warehouse before coming down to exchange.
