Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

We offer local shipping by our courier service partner, J&T Express, Qxpress, Janio, Speedpost by Singpost. All the order will be process for courier pickup once payment has been made and verified. Normally the delivery will take 2-5 working days.

The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons.

Express Delivery

Will ship out the item on the same day if order before 2pm. Sunday and public holiday is not included.

Self collection ( Singapore only )

You will receive email confirmation once order is ready to be collected. Do drop us a whatsapp if you need us to update you through whatsapp.

Collection time:

10am - 6pm ( Weekday )

10am - 2pm ( Saturday )
